A booking system for
kids play centres.

Running a kids play centre means juggling Saturday morning crowds, repeat family bookings, waivers that need to be signed before children go on the equipment, and price lists that change by time of day and day of the week. Your booking system should understand all of this rather than fight you on it.

/01 What we hear from operators

The problems that generic tools don't solve.

Waiver fatigue for returning families

Parents who bring their children back every week should not have to sign a fresh waiver every time. A system that recognises returning children and reuses valid waivers makes the front door much less of a bottleneck.

Session capacity, not appointment slots

A soft play session on a Saturday morning might hold twelve children rather than one at a time. Generic appointment-booking tools model this badly, leading to confusion and overselling.

Party bookings that need different handling

A birthday party for fifteen children is not just fifteen regular bookings stacked together. It needs its own flow with a host, a deposit, and session-wide logistics that a pure appointment tool cannot express.

Branded emails parents actually trust

Parents are rightfully cautious about clicking links in emails that mention their children. Confirmation emails that clearly come from your venue with your branding get opened; generic emails from a third-party tool get ignored.

/02 How we solve them

Features built for how you actually work.

Waivers that follow the child

Each waiver is tied to a named child with their date of birth, and remains valid for three months from signing. Returning families see their existing waiver recognised automatically at checkout, and staff can see the waiver status at a glance when checking the family in.

True session capacity

Sessions hold as many children as the session itself accommodates, with live capacity visible to parents as they book. When a session fills up, the slot stops being bookable and the next session becomes the default option.

Party-friendly workflows

Party bookings can be set up as a distinct offering with their own pricing, their own deposit handling, and their own capacity rules. Hosts can be assigned, deposits taken through Stripe, and the main session blocked off for the duration.

Flexible opening hours and closures

Close the venue for Christmas with one tick of a box. Block off Tuesday afternoon for a private hire without cancelling the morning. Raise prices on weekends and holidays. The system handles the operational realities of a leisure venue.

Staff dashboards for busy moments

Saturday morning, fourteen families queued at the door. Staff see every child expected in the next session, their waiver status, and any outstanding payments, all on a single screen designed for phones as well as laptops.

Proper branded emails

Confirmation, reminder, and reschedule emails all go out under your venue name, your branding, and your domain. Parents see emails from you, not from a third-party service, and the click-through rates on reminders reflect that.

/03 What it looks like in practice

A typical day in your business.

It is Saturday at 8:55 AM and your first session starts at 9:00 AM. You have eight families booked. The check-in tablet by the door shows each family's name, the children they are bringing, and the waiver status for each child. Six of the eight families are regulars whose waivers are already on file, so the check-in is a single tap per family. The other two include new children whose parents fill in the waiver on the tablet while their child takes their shoes off. By 9:04 AM every child in the session is checked in, paid up, and on the equipment.

At 9:30 AM a phone enquiry comes in about a birthday party for twelve children next Saturday at 2pm. You open the booking system on your phone, find the 2pm slot, apply the party pricing, send the parent a Stripe payment link for the deposit, and block the capacity. Five minutes later the deposit lands in your account and a confirmation with party prep instructions goes automatically to the parent's email.
